API high pressure straight pipes with a thread, flange or union connectors on both ends, and widely used for petroleum drilling &production, cementing & fracturing and testing operation. With straight tubes with union connections on both ends, PME high pressure straight pipes are widely used for transporting high pressure flow in fracturing manifold, cementing manifold, maintenance manifold and test manifold.
The high pressure pup joints/straight pipe have four different types: pressure seal, non-pressure seal, integral type and welding type. We can provide 1''-4'' and 100psi to 15000psi (7Mpa-105Mpa) integral straight pipes, with length 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 2.8m, etc. We can also provide high pressure straight pipes with sizes and pressure rating as per customer's requirements.
Pup joint is cementing and fracturing equipment delivery High Pressure Fluid Control Products. Widely used in the acidic operating environment (excluding containing CO2, H2S sour gas operating environment) in the high-pressure discharge line, input line, a temporary flow line, well testing, and other high-voltage transmission lines on pipelines. Pup joint specifications are 1 in ~ 4 in, length 0.5 m, 1 m, 1.5 m three kinds, rated working pressure 42MPa ~ 105MPa, working temperature -46 ºC ~ 121 ºC.
High pressure straight pipe is with special connections at two ends: threads, flanges, unions, are widely used in oilfields production, drilling, cementing, fracturing, and testing works.
