Introduction:

Metal liner consistes of inner and outer metal sleeves, outer sleeve is made of aualitative carbon steel, inner sleeve is made of high chromium anti-friction alloy iron, after hear treatment, the hardness of inner sleeve is HRC  ≥ 62, the degree finish is very high.

 

Zirconia ceramics cylinder liner

1. It is applied in drilling circumstance like deep oil reservoir and odious geologic structure and offore oil and natural gas development;

2.its service life is 5-10 times of that of bimetal cylinder liner, which can reach more than 4000hrs.
