Hydraulic breakout tongs, it is a small hydraulic pump device that converts manual mechanical

energy into hydraulic pressure energy. It's working together with the oil cylinders and other special

tools, can be used in different place, such as the bending, straightening, shearing, assembling,

dismantling and some construction, military constructions, and so on.

Usage

1. Install the pressure gauge and fill it with hydraulic oil.

2. Connect the pump and cylinder (Note: can not connect to the tongs in advance), back and forth

the cylinder until the air is drained, you can check the cylinder comes out in stable.

3. Connect the cylinder and tongs, shackle. (Note: the direction of the tong, the opposite direction is

tight)

Safety Pre- cautions.

1. The pressure must not exceed 70MPA, and the high- and low-pressure valves must not be

adjusted at will.

2. During work, operate the smoothly and pressurize slowly, Extended service life.

3. When decompressing, you should slowly twist the handle, and prevent excessive decompression.

4. When the amount of oil is not enough, please fill the oil after unloading the pressure, and to

prevent injury to the equipment or personnel if cylinder have the pressure.

5. After confirming that the connection is correct, you can work.

6. After using the high-pressure hose for more than 6 months, a pressure test is required to prevent

aging of the hose and prevent accidents. The test pressure is 90Mpa.

7. Stop to use the hose if hose body have swelling or leaking

How can I place order?

How can I pay you? 
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank), L/C, D/P, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using. If you want to use other way, please tell me, we can discuss.

What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr-epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you. 

How do you take care when your clients received defective products? 
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
