Full open valve has Integral Forged Valve and Friction Welding Valve.

a) Integral Forged Full Open Valve  
Material to be used for them is ASTM4119 or AISI8620 and has sizes like API-5#,API-6#,API-7#,API-8# and they are applicable in many kinds of mud pump.

G2 clip type, rubber and plate are vulcanized together to                                                                                          rubber compression-type
prevent the rubber out of shape because of the extrusion, 
and snap gauge and snap spring is easy for handling and
to replace rubber

 b) Friction Welding Full Open Valve
Material to be used for them is premium alloy steel ASTM4119 or AISI8620
and it has the size of API-5#,API-6#,API-7#,API-8#. The upper body of
the valve is friction- welded together with c law and carburized & quenched, which has big discharge capacity and suitable for many kinds of mud pump

c) Double support 3 armed and 4 armed valve. Material used is ASTM4119 or AISI8620 and it has the size of API-5#,API-6#,API-7#,API-8# and API9#. Thevalve body, seat and its nut are manufactured by forged steel.

d) Two cylinder single action valve body & its seat are suitable for mud pump Gardner-Denve

e) material to be used for the valve & seat manufactured by Baoji, Lanshi and Lanshi National is ASTM4119 and its size has API-5#,API-6#,API-7#, which is suitable for F and 3NB series mud pump.
