1. Introduction of sucker rod centralizer
The sucker rod centralizers are used to protect sucker rod to reduce wearing.

Roller type centralizer:
when the sucker rod works the wheel rolls on tubing inside. It can avoid the sucker rod to rub with the tubing pipe.
Rod shaped centralizer:
when the sucker rods work, nylon block touches the tubing inside, it can avoid the sucker rod to rub with the tubing pipe. The rotating nylon block can ensure even wear between the sucker rod and tubing pipe. The user just needs to change the nylon block instead of rod body when operation, which can save the production cost.
Increase Pumping EfficiencyEliminate or greatly reduce down-hole problems with SnapoOn and Twist-On Rod Guides. With a coefficient of friction when wet lower than metal, overall pumping efficiency is increased while costly metal-to-metal contact between the rods and tubing is minimized.
Twist-On Guides
Twist-On rod guides contain no metal clip insert. Tests, however, indicate an excellent holding strength due to design and materials. The Twist-On style rod guide can easily be installed with a pipe wrench, and withstands temperatures up to 200oF.
