HD-2 combined pressure regulating valve is a kind of composite handle lever directional valve, which consists of two two-position three-way directional valves and one three-way pressure regulating valve.
There are air inlet 2, connection ports 1 and 3, booster port 8, and a total of 4 working ports.
The original handle lever is in the middle position (that is, the closed position), and the air source is input to port 2. When the joystick is moved 11° in any direction from the middle closed position to either side, port 1 or port 3 provides the full intake pressure air source. The other mouth is still connected with the atmosphere. Continue to operate the lever in the same direction. At this time, the pressure regulating valve is opened, and at the same time, port 8 starts to output the variable pressure air source. With the increase of the handle angle, the pressure of port 8 gradually increases to the rated maximum output pressure.
The valve is mainly used to control the engine's steering and reverse clutches and throttle. It is also suitable for applications combining lever-operated directional control and pressure control.
Pipe connection:
Connection No. 1--output, when the handle rod is moved clockwise from "middle" to 11°, the system inlet pressure is output.
Port 2 is the air inlet.
Connection No. 3--Output, when the handle rod moves counterclockwise from "middle" to 11°, the system inlet pressure is output.
Connect port 8--output, continue to operate the handle lever to any direction, at this time port 8 outputs variable pressure (0~rated pressure).
Model analysis:
HD-2-X Control Valve - When operating force is removed, the handle stem returns from any position to the valve's "middle" or "closed" position.
HD-2-FX Control Valve - Handle lever can be held in any position of the operating range. The holding friction can be adjusted.
