Lake Petro can supply you drill pipes, pup joints, tool joints produced according to ISO 9001, NS-1, Russia GOST RTN, API 5DP. It is able to process drilling tools according to standard DS-1 under a full system of production design and quality control.
If necessary, you can send TPI for quality inspection, such as BV, SGS, IEI, etc. You will find our quality is stable and reliable.
The drill pipe and pup joint material adopts high-performance alloy steel according to API standard and strictly checked by chemical content, metallographic structure, geometric dimension, NDT tests etc to ensure the stable quality of the products.
Each tool joint can be ensured the quality for high compactness, cleanness, hard wear resistance, homogenization of excellent mechanical performance.
For each drill pipe, pipe joint, tool joint, the process of friction welding is under automatic computer control, heat treatment, grinding, magnetic particle inspection to guarantee high quality of the finish products.
For the hardbending, Arnco, TCS TI, LW600 are available according to customer requirement. The finished hardbending processes with high hardness and non-cracking character.
For the internal coating, TK34, DPC, TC2000 series of internal coating is available.
