Plug valve is a necessary pat that is applied to high pressure manifold in well cementing and fracture service, also selected for high pressure fluid control system. It is excellent for its compact structure, easy maintenance, low torque, and rapid operation, which make it to be the most ideal valve for cementing and fracturing manifold.
The inlet and outlet of plug valve are FIG1502 union connection(other connection on request),cylinder fits between body and seal segment, and seal rings are inlaid into outside of seal segment for good sealing.
Working Principles and Features:
The plug valve consists of the valve body, plug cap, plug and etc.
The plug valve is available with the union 1502 inlet and outlet preparations (also available upon customer request). The cylinder body inner wall and side segments work together with the rubber seal segments to provide sealing.
The metal-to-metal sealing is available between the side segments and cylinder plug, featuring high precision and reliability.

Visible: There is a visible positioner where we can see if valve is open or closed. Brake spring will limit the position of valve. 3"hand wheel opener is suitable for opening in low temperature. Valves can be opened freely and flexibly.
