Our factory can provide two sorts of polished rod ,conventional polished rod and Spray Metal Polished rod polished rod .Spray metal polished rod is made by spraying a layer of nickel-based metal material on the surface of conventional polished rods, and it is mainly used in badly corrosive oil wells.
Spray metal polished rod features strong corrosive and abrasion resistance. This is helpful to extend the service life of alloy steel polished rods.

2. Extended service life in highly corrosive oil wells.
3.at least 4-layer packaging can also extend the stock period and protect the polished rods from damage during the delivery.
Application
1.Polished rod is mainly used for connecting between the pumping unit and rod string in the oil well.
2.The corrosion resistant polished rod is used for pumping crude oil in deep wells, large displacement wells, thickened oil well and high corrosion wells.
