Audited Supplier High pressure Pup joint is a kind of pressure pipe with hammer union end or flange end connection,the high pressure pup joint can be made integral or weld type which end connection is welded to pipe. Cost of Integral type is higher than welded type.
There are two type ends for the high-pressure straight pup joint / pup pipe (straight pipe assembly): hammer union end, flange end.

Connection form: Hammer union end connection pup joint is designed to interchangeable with weco wing union, including Fig200, Fig206, Fig207, Fig602, Fig1002, Fig1003, Fig1502, Fig2002, Fig2202, etc.

Connection form: Flange end connection pup joint is designed according to API 6A or ASME standard, 2 1/16" flange, 2 9/16" flange, 3 1/8" flange, 3 1/16″ flange, 4 1/16″ flange, etc.
Working pressure of pup joint is from 2,000 psi to 20,000psi. Manufacturing theory is according to API 16C. Our company can supply four types high pressure weco pup joints: pressure threaded seal, non-pressure threaded seal, integral type, and welded type.
It is widely used in oil drilling, cementing and fracturing, testing operations, etc.
According to user needs, we can provide high-pressure straight pipes / pup joint of various models and pressure grades used in environment such as ordinary standard, low temperature and H2S service containing hydrogen sulfide.
Pup Joints are manufactured from seamless alloy steel tubing, hot upset forged to provide superior grain structure, and precisely machined to the same high quality standards as our hammer unions. Pup Joints are designed for long service life, with optimum wall thickness to carefully balance erosion resistance and weight. Every Pup Joint is permanently serial numbered for traceability and service records maintenance.
1)Made from high-strengh alloy and processed specially with heating treatment.
2)Designed and manufactured with reference to API 6A technical specifications.
3)Fit for Hydrogen sulfide H2S resistant service, manufactured with reference to NACEMR-0175 technical specifications.
4)Top & bottom connections and outlets per customer design requirements by either flanged or clamp connections.
5)All stell tanks are welded with staintess stell for long-term anti-corrosion.
6)Used for high-pressure drilling, in conjunction with flat valve for preventing blowout and connecting BOP.
