Hoisting and moving device for BOP is specially designed for installation and disassembly of BOP. We can provide hoisting and moving device for BOP with a bearing capacity of 30~160 tons and a stroke of 3.2~10.4m. Non standard customization, according to the user's special guide rail size and other needs.
This series hoisting and moving device for BOP adopt the most classic oil cylinder drive, which has strong load-bearing capacity, safe and stable, simple structure, convenient maintenance, few vulnerable parts, low operating cost, reliable speed control, and no staling. At the same time, the unique quadruple range rope structure is adopted, which increases the lifting stroke, shortens the length size of the device, increases the forward and backward movement distance of BOP, more practical and more widely applicable.

Specifications

 
Through the expansion and contraction of the oil cylinder, lifting the BOP is achieved by driving the four (or three) movable pulleys on the cylinder head, as well as the fixed and reversing pulleys on the main body.
High-pressure oil is converted into mechanical energy by a hydraulic motor, and the torque is increased by reducing gear box and then output to a traveling driving wheel, so that the hoisting and moving device for BOP can move back and forth on its track.

A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you. 
How do you take care when your clients received defective products? 
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
