API 6 Valve and Seat for IDECO T1000 pump
Valve Body & Valve Seat:
The seat for double support valve has two types: four ribs and three rib;
The valve body for full open valve has Integral Forged type and Friction Welding type.
a) Integral Forged Full Open Valve body & valve seat
Material to be used for them is premium alloy forged steel like 20CrMnMo(ASTM4119) (generally be replaced by 20CrMnTi) or 20CrNiMo(AISI8620), with sizes like API-5#, API-6#, API-7#, API-8#, suitable for many kinds of mud pump.
b) Friction Welding Full Open Valve Body & Valve Seat
Material to be used for them is premium alloy forged steel 20CrMnMo(ASTM4119) (generally replaced by 20CrMnTi) or 20CrNiMo(AISI8620), with size of API-5#, API-6#, API-7#, API-8#. The upper body of the valve is friction- welded together with the guide shoe, integrally carburized & quenched, which has big discharge capacity and suitable for many kinds of mud pump.
c) Double support 3 ribs and 4 ribs valve body & seat
Material used is 20CrMnMo(ASTM4119) (generally replaced by 20CrMnTi) or 20CrNiMo(AISI8620), with sized of API-5#, API-6#, API-7#, API-8# and API9#. The valve body, seat and its nut are manufactured by forged steel. Integrally carburizing & quenching is partly protective for thread and sharp corner, thread and clip type connection, the installation and replacement of rubber is convenient, and widely used.
d) Two cylinder single action valve body & seat
Suitable for mud pump Gardner-Denver
e) Valve body & seat for the mud pump of BOMCO, Lanshi and Lanshi National, NOV
The material used is 20CrMnMo(ASTM4119) (generally replaced by 20CrMnTi), with sizes of API-5#, API-6#, API-7#, suitable for F and 3NB series mud pump.
f) Valve Rubber
Material to be used is polyurethane and NBR, which is suitable for various size double support valve body & seat, full open valve body & seat, valve body & seat of double cylinder pump, valve body & seat of plunger pump which is used to do fracture, cementation & acidification.
g) Valve Spring
Manufactured by 65Mn steel (ASTM1066), suitable for various size double support valve body & seat, full open valve body & seat, valve body & seat of double cylinder pump and valve body & seat of plunger pump which is used to do fracture, cementation & acidification.
h) Valve Seat Extractor & Claw,
It is a hydraulic device. The connecting screw thread between leading screw and claw is API Standard and exchangeable. Claw is manufactured by 65Mn (ASTM1066) and has 3 armed , 4 armed and full open type, suitable for the size of API-5#, API-6#, API-7#, API-8#.
