Zirconia Ceramic liner Ceramic Sleeve for pump have exceptional hardness and strength, resistance to chemical attack and wear, low dielectric loss and excellent electrical insulation properties. Additionally, Alumina can be metallized for brazing to other metals, highly polished, and comes in a variety of purities depending on it use. Due to these outstanding properties ceramic Alumina tubes are used in a wide range of industrial and advanced applications.
Zirconia Ceramic Liner Ceramic Sleeve for pump exhibits high hardness, good abrasion resistance, high strength, and stability. These products are developed incorporating sophisticated technology and are made available to patrons at market leading prices.
Depending on doping material different material properties could be achieved because of influencing the Yttria's microstructure. The "Ceramic Steel" titled Zirconia is doped with Yttria forming an ultra-fine ductile structure with sub-micron grain formation leading to enormous bending strengths. Magnesia doped qualities are less strong also showing a coarser microstructure.
