Rigid Centralizers

Rigid Centralizer makes the casing centralized in wellbore and improves cementing quality.
 

Features:

Rigid Centralizers with Rollers (RCR)

Features:
The Rigid Centralizer with Rollers consisits of a rigid body, on which machined five spiral blades and streamlined diversion trenches between blades. On every spiral blades, there are three or four rollers made from modified alloy steel fully heat treated. The assembly is shown as following fig.
Because of the rigid body and rolling friction betwwen the rollers and inside wall of well or casing, the capacity of the RCR centralizer is better than others of all. Recommend to use the tool in cementation of deviated holes and horizontal holes.

Bow type Centralizers

The bow springs of this centralizer have two types as follow:  non-welded single bow spring centralizer and  non-welded double bow spring centralizer. The centralizer are attached to the end rings without welding. The bow spring casing centralizer bow end is connected to the end rings with a locking tab that bears the load force on the centralizer. The centralizers are supplied in hinged segments joined by hinge pins in each segment. All non-welded centralizers meet or exceed the requirements of API Specification 10D, which dictates the minimum restoring and maximum starting forces for centralizers for various casing/hole size combinations.

Uses:

The Non-Welded Bow Spring Centralizers are made under the state of art Engineering Techniques and rugged

quality system. They are developed to exceed API 10D specification to be used under most demanding condition.

These Centralizers are designed for High Restoring Forse and Low Starting Force for centralizing the casing pipe

in a Vertical,Horizontal and Deviated well.

They are available in 4 1/2"-20" sizes.

Premium quality Bows are made of special alloy steel and hot formed in totally controlled heat treatment

plant to achieve the uniform hardness all over and good spring action.

End Collars are designed with self-locking action,which are easy to assemble,time saver and are having strong grip.

The five standard size Bows can configure to any hole Dia.

These Bows with extended profile prevent them from hitting against casing collars.

These Centralizers undergo a special iron phosphate coating process to prevent them from rust.

These can be shipped in half assembled condition for economical in shipping and storage cost.
