Worm screw elevators can be widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, medical treatment, culture and health.
It can accurately control and adjust the height of lifting or propulsion according to a certain procedure. It can be driven directly by an electric motor or other power, or manually.
Structural type
According to the structural type, the elevator is divided into:
Type 1 - the screw performs both rotational motion and axial movement;
Type 2 - the screw performs rotational motion. The nut on the screw performs axial movement.
Assembly type
Each structural type of the elevator is divided into two assembly types:
Type A - the screw (or nut) moves upward;
Type B - the screw (or nut) moves downward.
Screw head type
The screw head of the type 1 structural type is divided into four types:
I (cylindrical type), II (flange type), III (thread type), and IV (flat head type).
The screw head of the type 2 structural type is divided into two types: I (cylindrical type) and III (thread type).
Transmission ratio
Elevators are divided into two transmission ratios, namely normal (P) and slow (M).
Screw protection
The protection of type 1 elevator screws is divided into: basic type, anti-rotation type (F) and protective cover type (Z);
The protection of type 2 elevator screws is divided into: basic type and protective cover type (Z) [2].
Product features
1. JWM type (trapezoidal screw type) is suitable for low speed and low frequency occasions. The main components are: precision trapezoidal screw pair and high precision worm gear pair.
2. Economical price, compact structure, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
3. Low speed and low frequency: mainly used in places with large load, low speed and infrequent work.
4. Hold load: The trapezoidal screw has an automatic locking function, which can hold the load even without a brake device.
