Product Description

The hydro-pneumatic accumulator is a devicedesigned specifically for storage of liquid underpressurized, it is incompressible to liquid , to make useof the compressibility of gas (Nitrogen). Achieving thepurpose of energy storage.
A- Through a special valve put an inert gas (nitrogen)to charged in to bladder with pressure Po.Gas bladderis expands,it is full volume (vo) of accumulatorcompletely.
B- As oil circuit pressure P1.is higher than gaspressure of pre-charged PO,the fluid valve. Opened orliquid oil in to accumulator inside, the gas bladdercompressed reducing so that gas volume v1.( mustbe P1>PO)
C- If the liquid pressure up to P2, then the volume ofgas down to V2, at this point, the pressure of gas &liquid should be achieve an average value.. in thecourse of pressurized, the gas volume changed AV=v1-V2, The cubage volume changed AVis to use ofthe potential energy what come from the effectivecubage of working action.Hydraulic System Equipment Accumulator Bladder

Installation Instructions

1.Products with volume less than 1L can be installeddirectly on the pipeline; For products with a volume ofmore than 1L or a weight of inore than 5Kg,clamp andbase bracket shall be used for installation and fixation. The accumulator body shall not be fixed by welding orriveting.
2.Accumulators should be installed vertically in principle, and certain space should be left at the charging valve forconvenient maintenance and inspection.
3. When used to absorb pulsations and pulses, it shouldbe installed as close as possible to the vibration source.4.Install relief valve or shut-off valve between pump andaccumulator for charging, inspection, maintenance orlong-term shutdown.
1.Before the accumulator is used, it is necessary tocheck whether the pre-charged nitrogen pressure satisfythe requirements of the working condition.
2.The accumulator must be filed with nitrogen or otherinert gas (nitrogen with purity greater than 99.2%);Do notuse oxygen or air to avoid explosion.
3.Nitrogen should be filled slowly to prevent broken ofthe bladder.
4.Nitrogen is charged, discharged and tested bycharging tool.
5.Pre-charge nitrogen pressure.
Absorb pulsation and pulse,take 60%~ 80% of warkingpressure;
ln other working conditions. the pre-charge pressureshould be lower than 90% of the minimum workingpressure and higher than 25% of the maximum workingpressure.
1.During application of accumulator, check pre-chargingpressure and looseness of thread regularly.
2.Check the new applied accumulator once at first week, and another time at the tirst month. And then check everythree months to keep its best working efficiency. Findproblems and fix in tirne.
3.When the accumulator is out of use for a long time, theshut off valve between accumulator and the pipelineshould be closed to ensure that a little of hydraulic oilreserved in the accumulator.
4.The pressure oil must be removed before theaccumulator is removed, and the nitrogen must beremoved by charging tool.
5.Tighten the nut at maximum system pressure. If the oilis still leaking, please renove and replace the relevantparts.
