Product Description

Mud pump piston for mud pump liner is the expendable part of the drilling pump fluid system and it's one of the biggest wearing parts of drilling work.

* The mud pump piston assembly is the major part of the mud pump fluid end. The piston assembly is composed of a snap spring, retainer(press plate), piston cup, and piston bore. 

* The discharge pressure of the mud pump is generated by the up-and-down motion of the piston in the cylinder liner. Small piston-high pressure and low flow rate; Big piston-low pressure and high flow rate. * Metric pump and inch pump adopts metric piston and inch piston respectively.

 

Material: Piston Bore(Hub) Material: 42CrMo. Piston Cup material: PU(polyurethane), NBR rubber, HNBR rubber
